3. Educational Use License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• For eBooks: Download and access the ebook for personal educational use only
• For Hardcopies: Use the physical book for personal educational purposes
• Make reasonable copies of ebook content for personal study notes (not for distribution)
• Print portions of ebooks for personal educational use only

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or sell your ebook access credentials or files
• Upload our content to file-sharing platforms or social media

4. Account Registration and Security

7. Shipping and Delivery (Hardcopy Books)

• Shipping is available throughout the Philippines

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

8. Returns and Refunds

For eBooks:

• Due to the digital nature of ebooks, refunds are generally not available after download
• Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing access within 7 days of purchase

For Hardcopy Books:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items
• Books must be in original condition for return eligibility
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to our error
